Ingredients

Raw oysters on the half shell (make sure they are fresh ie: closed)

Mignonette sauce (recipe below)
Blushing Mignonette Sauce

2 tbsp rosé wine

2 tbsp champagne vinegar

1 ½ tbsp shaved radish

1 ½ tsp fresh saved horse radish
-
1/8 - ¼ tsp crushed pink peppercorns

1 pinch sea salt
Combine all mignonette ingredients.
